Under 11s – Boys and Girls (Aged 10-11)

The Under 11s team is for boys and girls aged 10-11 (School Year 6) from Potton and the surrounding area. This stage represents an exciting phase in a young player's development, with a greater focus on competitive play and advanced skills.

Training sessions are designed to refine technical abilities such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending, while also introducing more complex tactical concepts, including positioning, team formations, and game strategies. The emphasis remains on fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Players in the Under 11s team participate in regular league matches and tournaments, providing opportunities to experience competitive football in a supportive environment. Coaches focus on ensuring that all players have equal opportunities to contribute and develop, regardless of ability.

At this level, the importance of physical fitness, mental resilience, and communication on the pitch is highlighted. Sessions are tailored to challenge players while maintaining an enjoyable and inclusive atmosphere.
